Dan Peterson's Favorite Web Camera Site Bookmarks
Ever since the now infamous "jenniecam" people have found a new way to express themselves and to make themselves famous by offering images of their daily life on the Internet. Many of the Web cameras are aimed at static images but some are set up as vehicles for exhibitionists, closet performers or people who want the world to see them nude and/or engaged in sexual activities. I am not sure what psychologists say about this new phenomina, but it is definately born from the advent of the World Wide Web. Pre WWW cameras did exist but they were few and mainly as boring yet interesting as a camera focused on a fish tank.
